Growing up as children, these two slowly fell in love with each other over the years. When Edward fell to the ground, Winry
helped him back up with her own hands. Bringing him back up with an arm and a leg that she created herself. She truely is his angel. Even though Edward is too timid to admit his feelings throughout the series, it's obvious that he loves Winry. Protecting her as much as he can. What a beautiful relationship.
